change from Ubuntu to Windows first on screen

On a desk top with Windows Vista, I flubbed when adding Ubuntu 10.4 by letting Ubuntu be the automatic program. I use the laptop for personal bookkeeping through Windows.

I have been away from Linux for awhile and being 90 with memory to match, I can't recall how to get into the Linux area where I can change the primary from Ubuntu to Windows.

I need and would appreciate help.
