Since I upgraded to Ubuntu 11.04 I keep having weird problems with the windows: some windows let other windows "pass through to the front".
In other words, although window a is in the front, i can see parts of window B behind it or when I click, the click is recieved by windows B (the one in the back), not windows A.
This happens only sometimes and it seems to happen with specific applications.
I am using Gnome 2 .. the problem happens with or without compiz (i am usually not using 3d effects)
Also, it happens on both computer I have upgraded: my desktop with a Nvidia grpahics card and my laptop with ATI graphics.
