View Full Version : [ubuntu] how to boot rescue cd over the network? (using windows and/or ubuntu)

I am using netbook, no cd drive and my flash drive is malfunctioning. Is there a way I can fix my ubuntu partition in my netbook? It was working untill I install another copy of windows 7 on the other partition.

I think the best thing you could do,is to buy a new USB flash drive.
We have no insight on your network and the available options,so advising you could be a little tricky.
I understand you'll need to install GRUB again, this can be done,but I can't give you any directions how to do it over a network,sorry.
