Basically, when I turn up my volume, it gets louder for the first 1/4 of the volume slider, then doesn't change for the rest of the 3/4. The volume isn't nearly as loud as it used to be. I can't think of any changes to my hardware or software that could have caused this.

If I increase my "Output volume" to max, it goes back down to where it is now as soon as I adjust the volume.
Does anyone know what might be causing this?
