Opening Ports & Port Forward Recognition

Hola,
Am attempting to permit the Ordinateur to prove open ports 9000 to 9010 locally, & am having problems with local settings. The modem has proven configured correctly, though when doing IPTables proof, there is error with:

The local Network Configurations are setup to prove Address 192.168.0.25, though the tables prove Address 192.168.0.255. Am not certain the way wherein to configure the system to prove open ports. Can anybody assist por favor?
