I am still trying to create a Ubuntu 11.04 Flash Drive that I can use to start up Ubuntu on a Gateway or any other PC.
I tried Unetbootin. When I run from the flash drive I get the Unetbootin menu ok. When I choose try Ubuntu without Installing. I get to mounting /dev/loop0 on //filesystem.squashfs failed: Invalid argument
Can not mount /dev./loop0 (/cdroom/casper/filesystem.squashfs) on //filesystem.squashfs
(initramfs)

When I try and create with Start up Disk Creator I get an error as well. What can I do?

Have you done the MD5-test?

You have to describe thoroughly what went wrong, if you want help. "I can't get this to work" is not much of a foundation.

By the way, you could also download and try installing 10.10 for comparison.
