Oneiric backport repository

Is there a repository for the backports from oneiric to natty available yet? If so, where is it? I guessed that it would be at http://ppa.launchpad.net/kubuntu-ppa/backports/ubuntu, but Synaptic told me it isn't there.

It can break your system. Older backports from Lucid and Maverick won't.

You mean that backporting from Maverick won't break Lucid, and backporting from Natty won't break Maverick, but backporting from Oneiric will break Natty. Right?
