I'm already using it. The Xfce spin is indeed GOLDEN, just one or two minor bugs that have to be fixed (or already have been fixed, I don't know). :D

Wow, it comes out on my birthday. I guess I'll have to try it then!

yea, i've been wanting to try it out but i've been to busy, and indeed will be to busy untill the 30 may, then i can have a good play.

plus get to see what gnome 3's like, without borking a mission critical system.

just for a day maybe, shell's really do my head in. my brain needs hierarchical structure, not globel menus

I'm running beta in vm with gnome 3. I like it. Still sticking with Ubuntu as my main system. Haven't tried it with XFCE or KDE. I'll have to give them a try.

I am a complete Shell convert. Awesomely designed interface. I'll be on Fedora at least until 11.10.

Fedora is my favourite distro. I will certainly be giving it a shot.

Of course, didn't the salesmen always emphasized how that Linux 'software' works well on Windows? It ships with it's own libraries and no dependency on Windows' DLLs, so it should work perfectly with Wine.
