Scrolling up and down a window has never before been more annoying, I'll stop my complains now since I love Ubuntu, but this has really got to be fixed:
Please vote on Brainstorm to have Ubuntu configurable mouse scroll to be even better than Windows, maximize the efficiency of something as simple as the mouse scroll.

I have noticed recently that even if I scroll my wheel faster, it only goes slower, it literally makes my scrolling slower if I try to scroll faster, which has made my web surfing uncomfortable to say the least.
I thank those of you who have voted on this already, but we need more votes, I believe the mouse scroll should be an update that takes no more than a month to make, I'm actually no expert on the matter, but I believe that human interface always overpowers look, and style. Who wants to look all fancy when you have to bare the discomfort of having something which cannot be configured to your needs?
