Uninstall junit without removing eclipse

I have been having trouble with eclipse lately because there has been something wrong with the junit file. I removed eclipse and re-installed it already, but there seems to still be a problem. Is there a way to reinstall junit which is a file that eclipse is dependant of without uninstalling eclipse?

Note: I am running the 32-bit 10.10 version of Ubuntu
