Hello,
I use Gnome desktop environment. Which script or what is responsible for a file right click context menu?

Nautilus, the file manager.

...and in case you were planning on modifying the menu, it's pretty much hard-coded, although you can add some functionality with some plugins, scrupts and the nautilus-actions extension.

I don't think there's any command for that, it's just a built-in feature of the file manager.
