well Installing some packages via terminal using apt-get but each package I download, it speed is like 60kpbs. My average download speed is over 350KBps
I tried changing the sources.list URL's from
http://us.archive.~~~~~~
to
http://archive.~~~~~~
(removing the 'us.') and then typed
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
after that, went to syanptic > setting > repositories
Download from: Others... using the 'Select Best Server'
then Reload button.
But I'm still getting 60KBps.
I live in Panama (Latin America, near to Colombia n Costa Rica) in case that could be relevant.
