is there any software to download video from face book like IDM in Windows.

I use the Firefox add-on "Video DownloadHelper" to occasionally download streaming content:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/video-downloadhelper/

I bet there is a similar extension for Chromium/Chrome if you are using one of those.
