I'm looking for the ISO that I download to put on a flashdrive. Maybe I'm stupid, but every link mentions 'CD/DVD' and it throws me off. i'm just trying to get the horrid Windows 7 off of my new Hp mini 110 and Ubuntu in its place. my old netbook had 10.04 on it. but i think i want to give 10.10 a try. so thats the one im looking for.

thankyou!

Select a 'LivedCD' of 10.10 that fits your system (32 bit or 64 bit) from here http://releases.ubuntu.com/10.10/

Don'y worry that is says CD or DVD, it is really an ISO file, and that can be made into a CD, a DVD or a LiveUSB.

If you are downloadng this on your other Ubuntu system, you can use the 'Startup Disk Creator' to turn the ISO into a LiveUSB.

If you are doing this from a Windows system, you can use this to make an Ubuntu LiveUSB from the ISO: http://unetbootin.sourceforge.net/
