Hey,

I have a project which was working good under the old gnome desktop:
https://en.bitcoin.it/w/images/en/d/df/Spesmilo_esperanto.png

Now under Unity, when I run the application, it fails to start an icon in the system tray.

Instead I get a launcher icon on the left, but it's impossible to access the right-click context menu. Also when closing the main window, it remains running but is impossible to access (normally you click the icon in the systray).

I'm using PySide Qt bindings. Any ideas? It's a big WTF for me.

So there is no way to make my application appear in the system tray? WTF Ubuntu? WORST DECISION EVER!
