how to make global menu bar of 11.04 transperent like gnome panel of 10.10?
Also how to reduce icon size in application menu in 11.04?

If you have the Compiz CCSM installed , navigate to the Unity plug-in . In the experimental tab change the Opacity setting for the panel.
