How to disabling Encryption keys ?(ubuntu 10.10)

What do you mean? Do you mean you have an encrypted home folder and you'd like to change it to a normal folder?

I don't understand. You want to disable the program? Or you want to disable having keys?

You cannot disable having keys; it is a fundamental part of Linux's security.

If you want to remove the program from your menu, go to System > Preferences > Main Menu. Find the menu item and remove the check mark from the corresponding box.
