Ugly Gnome Update

After running the update manager my Gnome 3.0.0 was updated to 3.0.1. But now My windows (not the titlebar, but buttons and such) have a very windows 95 like appearance. What happened?

Is it possible that gnome-settings-daemon got updated during that time? There was a bad build today which caused that error, but it has been fixed in build ubuntu3.1. If you have an older version update again, if it already is up to date, I don't know a solution ... Are all other packages up to date as well?

i do recall glancing at the updates and seeing that as an update when i hit check for updates 10 minutes later, but after the restart it didn't help. maybe tomorrow they will send a release that fixes it...

Well there were plenty of Gnome updates this morning but none solved my problem. Maybe a reinstall of Gnome? is that possible from within Gnome?
