To The Point,why My Windows Decorator gone after i open some picture in gimp with double click?this the screenshot after logout.

Were Pictures above was after i log out my ubuntu,before a dektop manager is stuck,and i can't take a screenshot,it diferent when i open gimp from command line as root,why it can happen like this?what is problem??
