Window titles don't update in Ubuntu 11.04 Classic

When I switch tabs in Firefox or Gedit the window title doesn't update, though the task bar title does, and if I minimize and then restore it updates to the correct value until I switch tabs again.

Are there any workarounds? What sort of debug info do I need to post?

I'm seeing a similar problem. Not only does the text not update, but colour of my title bars doesn't update when the window becomes inactive. I've tried different themes but they all show the same issue.

I'm seeing the exact same problem on my box(both colour and text of the window title) - have you found a solution yet?

(I'm using a Ati FirePro 2260 graphics card)

I have kind of the same problem but it also happens on maximized windows and is on ubuntu 10.10 maverick meerkat.
