I have been getting this with my 11.04 updates:

W: Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/deluge-team/ppa/ubuntu/dists/natty/main/source/Sources 404 Not Found

W: Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/deluge-team/ppa/ubuntu/dists/natty/main/binary-amd64/Packages 404 Not Found

E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

I get same error with "apt-get update" and the Update Manager. Should I be concerned?

I have been facing the same problem. I upgraded from Maverick and everything was going smooth. The updates were taking place. About a few days ago, I started getting the errors that you mentioned above. I tried to change the update server I was accessing from the 'Software Sources' but still received the same error.
Then I reinstalled Natty fresh on the same machine.I am still getting the same errors.

It's because the concerning PPA doesn't offer packages for Natty so far:
https://launchpad.net/~deluge-team/+archive/ppa

So, just disable the respective "Software Sources" for now.

Disabling sources under the "Other software" tab didn't help in my case but changing the server did. I changed it from "Server for Poland" to "Main server".

Please see this guide:

https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Repositories/Ubuntu#Download_Server

If you are using Unity, search the Dash, of course, instead of going through the classic Gnome menu as described in the guide.

Greetings.
