I'm running Ubuntu 10.10 (I think it might actually be Kubuntu with Gnome desktop) and I get a message saying an upgrade is available. I have attempted to upgrade to 11.04 several times now, and each time it just seems to idle in the background, never completing the upgrade process. Does anyone else know of this issue?
I'll be happy to produce much more detailed information on demand, but I'm not sure what is relevant here. Please help. Thank you in advance.
