hi friends
i just installed ubuntu 10.10 on my laptop. i didn't have any access to the Internet so i bought a "Dell" external usb dial-up modem.
i used scanModem and installed pppConfig with all of it's dependencies, and some files that scanModem suggested for drivers from: http://linmodems.technion.ac.il/packages/ltmodem/11c11040/
BUT pppConfig doesn't detect my modem
what should i do my friends?
