Hi folks

I've just upgraded and can't seem to launch more than one terminal window from the new launcher strip on the left of the desktop.

If I click on the terminal icon it only lets me have one instance.

How do I launch multiple windows on the new desktop?

thanks

brad

Ah I get it. Use the file menu to launch another, or make another tab.

a middle click will open a new terminal, as will Ctrl+Alt+t
You can also create a new quicklist entry(s) for a new terminal, ect.

also, ctrl+shift+n from within the existing terminal will launch a new terminal window, as will right click + 'Open Terminal', etc ...

(but a screen session in one window is a lot tidier than multiple open windows, imho :) )

indeed, though my .screenrc and I go back a long way and i wouldn't want to upset it by seeing other profiles :)
