network install hangs if no .disk in /srv/somedistro

I thought it would be worthwhile to mention to be sure to copy hidden directories, etc when doing a nfs/tftp install of Lubuntu.

This post -> https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/apt-setup/+bug/245519 says the problem was fixed in Ubuntu some time ago, but I experienced it of late.
