I'm running 11.04 release and of course Unity. I know this is probably working as intended but I dislike it when the menus disappear in the menubar if you are not moused-over them.
Here in Terminal it normally looks like this:

If I mouse-over the menubar it looks like this:

Is there currently any way to get the menubar to always show the menus instead of the title of the running application?
Also in Terminal, I cannot see the menu items below the window in the application. Its definitely set to on, but I can't seem to get them to appear.
