I'm installing ubuntu 11.04 (i386) on the same partition with Windows XP. I didn't boot up CD or USB. I have started installation from windows. After booting ubuntu, a setup window comes out with a slide show. But it stucks at:
.....
ubuntu ubiquity[4355]:debconffilter_done: ubi-migrationassistant (current: ubi-migrationassistant)
{time} ubuntu ubiquity[4355] Step_before = step_languageWhen I open "System Monitor" (from system settings) I see a process mount.ntfs which uses 98% but almost no activity of ubiquity.
Don't know what to do now. I saw a couple of messages on the net telling about a bug which is solved but I'm using an iso file which i have downloaded just today.
note: when i start ubuntu in demo mode, it's okay.
