broken wa loco links

I get an HTTP 500 error from https://wiki.ubuntu.com/WashingtonTeam/ApprovalApplication
(this link appears on https://wiki.ubuntu.com/WashingtonTeam with the name "Approval Application")
The #ubuntu-us-wa IRC channel topic includes this link: http://on.fb.me/ctDyKO ... it goes to facebook.com, then an error page shows up saying "This content is currently unavailable"

The wiki appears to be having an intermittent problem with one of the backend servers. I've received sever 500 error pages while trying to edit the wiki.

I've contacted the facebook group admin to deal with some changes facebook is making in regards to how groups work. Hopefully we'll be able to fix that link soon.
