I'm trying to set up A dock... any dock... cairo, awn, whatever... that actually works correctly on multiple monitors.
My problem at the moment is that when I add extra docks, they always show all the open tasks on all screens. I have no idea why they would do this or who would possibly want this kind of behavior. It's bizarre.
The KDE taskbars have a quite sensible option to only display tasks on the current screen. The left monitor taskbar has left monitor tasks only. Right screen bar has just the applications open on the right screen. Windows on both screens list in both.
Is there ANY dock that supports this (imo) rather basic feature?
