Is it possible AND legal to run MAC OS on Linux using a virtual machine somehow?

Virtalbox can do it:

As for legality, I have no clue. I'd be willing to bet Macs user agreement probably forbids it. Whether o not that limitation can be enforced likely depends on your country's laws.
