Hello All,
I have some Single Board Computers running Ubuntu 10.10 and I have spent many a night messing around with network settings.
I have developed a program that sets the computers to act as Ad Hoc Access Points and other boards that connect give themselves a static IP.
This runs like a dream, but I cannot connect my Android tablet to it. Obviously, the tablet is trying to obtain an IP address from the Board but is getting nothing back.
Does anybody know of a way/guide to set up Ubuntu to automatically assign IPs?
Even better if it can allow static IPs and give IPs to those that do not specify an IP?
Many Thanks!
