The system>Preferences>Monitors shows resolutions of upto 800 X 600 only.
I use ubuntu 10.04 (lucid).
I had previously used ubuntu 10.04 (karmic) and did procedure mentioned in http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=958967&page=38 to solve the problem.
But now, it says: (EE) FBDEV (0): EGA/VGA planes are not yet supported by the fbdev driver.
I know it had worked before, but do not know what it is this time.
Please help.
