View Full Version : [ubuntu] Window Buttons on BOTH Sides?

I followed the instructions here:
http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/13535/move-window-buttons-back-to-the-right-in-ubuntu-10.04/
in order to get the close, maximize, and minimize buttons where I like them. But no matter which side I put them on, I still get annoyed and want them on the opposite side.

Despite the gconf editor saying that "Duplicate buttons are not allowed", is there a way to get it on both sides? I understand this probably won't be through the gconf-editor since it explicitly disallows this.

I'd be willing to go fumbling around in code if I had any idea of where to look.

I'm on ubuntu 11.04 with unity disabled; I use the old the gnome-panel instead.

THANKS!
