I just noticed that my Applications and Files launchers on the Unity Launcher are missing. Again. It already happened once this morning, but logging out and in solved it (presumably, restarting Unity would work as well). Now, just a short while after that, the icons are missing again. Right now, there are only:
Chromium
Terminal
Workspace switcher
Trash
Also, the running applications don't respond to <Super>+number, the numbers don't even appear on the icons while holding Super. Workspace switcher and Trash respond to s and t respectively as usual. Pressing <Super>a or <Super>f does nothing.
