Hey guys,
actually, I'm not quite sure this is a problem with unity, since I never used a 2-by-2 workspace layout before.
To reproduce my problem, you have to have at least two workspaces on top of each other.
Now, if there is a window on the bottom workspace with the lower window border at the bottom of the workspace and you are currently working in the top workspace, clicking on the application item (Unity launcher bar) will result in moving the window slightly downwards so that it shows on the top workspace instead of switching to the workspace.
This behaviour can also be noticed when a workspace not directly above the problematic workspace is active. I only testet it with the window on the bottom left, and the top left and top right workspace active, respectively.
This could also be a problem with Compiz, but since switching with Expose works fine it may be a Unity bug as well.
Any help is appreciated.
