Not doing well. Upgrade removed most of my applications. Cannot find Thunderbird and my message files. GRUB says I am in 10:10, but 11.04 boots. Looks like the active kernel is an old 10.10 kernel. Tried sudo update-grub to no avail. The old windows 2000 part of this dual boot box is fine. Performed update from live CD. Home folder is still intact. Upon first boot prompted that Gnome would be used as my video card did not support Compiz. Live CD ran, and runs ok on the PC, not in Unity of course. Considering re-installing from scratch. Not much else to loose at this point.
