Hello Everyone,

Not sure if this is the correct place to post (I'm sure you've read that before).

Just installed Ubuntu 11.04. I'm using Unity rather than Gnome. I noticed that the "System" tab of System Monitor still says Gnome rather than Unity (it even has the Gnome image). Screenshot attached.

Would be great if it said Unity.

Not really sure where to report it.

Regards,
David.

Unlike what you may have heard from some uneducated people, Unity is Gnome. Unity is just a shall/interface on top of Gnome. For 11.04, this is Gnome 2.32 (the same Gnome that is in 10.10). For 11.10, it will be the new Gnome 3.

You are using Gnome, so the System Monitor says Gnome.
