How do I get rid of the Launcher and set my Deskltop Around.

Hi All;

I just updated to 11.04
and had my Desktop much like windows so
my family would not be lost...
Task bar at bottom and a few things in there
to make it windows like... Now I am even lost.:confused:

I figured it out and all I had to do was to choose Ubuntu Classic during boot up....
