Hello !
I download many themes .zip tar.gz etc but i am unable to install theme
updated from 10.10 to 11.04 lots of problems
gnome3 installed but doesn't look like.
using gnome-shell login
there is a software for theme gnome tweak tool and i also install ch-theme
but how i am suppose to add my downloaded themes in these softwares to run them i also try to paste these extracted files in /usr/share/theme folder but don't have permission to write in.

So now tell me what to do ?

Just put them in the folder /home/*User name*/.themes
if the folder isnt there make it *user name* is such as if your desktop name is Jon then the folder will be /home/Jon/.themes

what should i do there is no "Appearance" option no theme option only one software installed with gnome3 gnome tweak tool now how i am suppose to add themes.
