Dual boot upgrade to 11.04

Hi,
i had a dualboot configuration of win7 ubuntu 10 on separate partitions no wubi.
my windows system is encrypted so i had truecrypts password prompt then an easybcd selection for windows and ubuntu.
i have got a back up of the truecrypts bootloader "last bootloader" no file extention.
but how can i reconfigure the system since after upgrading i can only boot in ubuntu
what software should i use

i have a whole disk recovery, what i need is to upgrade without modifying the bootloader, while upgrading a grub option popped up and i chose to leave as is.

solved i created a bootable usb with acronis true image home and simple recovered the bootloader
