View Full Version : [ubuntu] 10.10 No Wireless Network Availability

April 30th, 2011, 04:39 AM
I've been having trouble where my wireless internet will sometimes just cut out. All I have to do is disconnect and reconnect and it works fine, but it was becoming a pain. So, I tried following what was posted here: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1656556 and now it seems that wireless networking isn't even an option on my computer anymore. I click on the wireless indicator in the top navbar and it only shows wired connections and vpn connections. Hopefully someone knows what I need to do or can direct me as to what I need to run to give you all more info. Thanks in advance.
