updating problems

i tried to upgrade to 11.04 from 10.10 but my computer decided to log me out half way though so i started to upgrade again and it ended up failing for some stupid reason and now it says that i can do a partial upgrade or upgrade to 11.04 but when i choose to do either one of these options it fails again saying:
Failed to fetch http://gb.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/z/zeitgeist-extensions/zeitgeist-fts-extension_0.0.7-0ubuntu1_all.deb 403 Forbidden
Failed to fetch http://gb.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/v/vala-0.10/libvala-0.10-0_0.10.4-1ubuntu1_amd64.deb 403 Forbidden
Failed to fetch http://gb.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/x/xfonts-100dpi/xfonts-100dpi_1.0.3_all.deb 403 Forbidden
Failed to fetch http://gb.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/x/xfonts-75dpi/xfonts-75dpi_1.0.3_all.deb 403 Forbidden

and i have no idea how to fix this, i have tried adding these to the list of repositories and it fails

Same problem here, I am getting a 403 error, permission denied on the GB server:
