hi i have installed gnome 3 in ubuntu 11.04 on a hpcompaq 610 laptop, through the ppa and everything was going fine until i changed the screen resolution from 1366*780 to 1024*768 then back again my laptop has a 15'' screen the problem is that the panel and notification area returned to default but the activities area did not restore to its previous configuration where it is too big for the screen some of its content disappear in the lower edge of the screen (the favourites panel and the applications menu and such), i have tried restarting the gnome-shell using the r command and even after reboot the issue is still present any help will be very appreciated.

p.s. should i post this as a bug in launch pad or not ?

ok rebooted again everything returned to normal but it is something that i think should be fixed in the future
