While using Ubuntu 10.10 I've decided to revert my gnome settings to the oryginal state, and folowing this tutorial http://www.ubuntu-pomoc.org/przywracanie-domyslnego-wygladu-pulpitu-gnome/ I've opnede the terminal and:

rm -rf .gnome2 .gconf .gconfdafter that I've logged out and then the volume buttons and brightnes stoped working on my Lenovo think Pad Edge notebook. Generally all the upper buttons don't work.
After upgrading to 11.04 they stil don't work. What should I do?
