Upgade From Ubuntu 11.04 Beta 2 to Ubuntu 11.04

Is it possible to upgrade from from Ubuntu 11.04 beta 2 64 bit to Ubuntu 11.04 64 bit final edition? I have went on Ubuntu Update Manager and updated my pc and its still on beta 2. Will it be better erasing my hard disk and then do it from there?

Updating in the usual way should do it; what tells you that you are still on beta2?

I wonder if a reboot after updating will make a difference.


lsb_release -awill tell you what you really are running now.

it does not say that i have beta 2 with that command, but somewhere (i cant remember where) said im on beta 2
