This is going to seem strange, but this forum should be able to give me a direct answer or a pointer-to.

I like both Gnome and KDE, but KDE wins at about 51 to 49%. I perfer the Gnome desktop appearance, but --for me at least--the Gnome controls don't work as well as the KDE control center's do.

Because of a disability I want to type with the caps feature working. You type "Shift" followed by any alphanumeric and the uppercase prints on stdout. What is the name of the KDE controls or where is it on the "Applications" bar? I'm a CLI guy so I always have a Konsole open ... .

So, to clarify, you're asking about the Sticky Keys feature, but for KDE? I'm not a KDE guy, but I think the behavior is the same - it's under System Settings -> Accessibility -> Modifier Behavior.
