Trying to upgrade - Error: "Could not find release notes"

I'm trying to upgrade from 10.10 to 11.04 using Update Manager. When I click on the "Upgrade" button next to where it says "New distribution release '11.04' is available", I get an error message that says: "Could not find the release notes. The server may be overloaded." this is happening from last 2 weeks....

Same here. 10.11 to 11.04 on the way to 11.10
Tried to do in from alternate 11.04 cd as well. It starts then quits on the first stage (just disappears).

I reinstalled Ubuntu 10.10 earlier today, but it's not compatible with the psmouse-alps patch, so I'm planning to switch to Ubuntu 11.04 for that, and for a better chance of being able to import my Evolution backups.

Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be any way to use the live cd to upgrade short of using it to replace the installation.
