Nvidia 270.41.06 module build fails with Kernel 2.6.38-8

Im running the natty alpha/beta for some time and everything worked fine so far. But now the latest nvidia update can't build the nvidia module anymore.

I got the driver from the official repositories.

Im running kernel 2.6.38-8 and i attached the make.log

Has anybody got an idea how to fix this or is it an general bug?

Would be nice to get my machine working again.

Not sure if I am having quite the same problem or not, but I just installed Ubuntu 10.10 for the first time and everything ran great until I updated the NVIDIA drivers. Now when Ubuntu boots up it goes straight to the terminal, and I can't get to the GUI!! Any ideas anyone??
