Portable MySQL ?

I have a dynamic java web project which I need to submit to my teachers in a cd. I want to have a full portable setup of MySQL, Apache Tomcat and a browser on the cd. Tomcat is portable and I've found portable chrome. How do I get a portable installation of MySQL on the CD?

Install it all on a persistent USB stick install of Ubuntu. Boot into that, and it's all there and ready.
