wireless firmware missing? ack!

Hey all-

If anyone could help me, I would really appreciate it :)

I need to connect to wireless internet in ubuntu netbook 10.10, but it says 'device not ready (firmware missing)...

Can anyone help me figure out what firmware I need and how to get it?

hi there could you go to applications-->accessories-->terminal then please type in
lspci and then paste here thanks

If it helps, the computer is a Lenovo S10...
